About our pins Our pins are sold as used (unless otherwise noted); most have been traded for at the Disney parks, we always strive to sell pins of only the highest quality, with straight pins, no scratches, nothing broken or damaged. We only sell pins that have been, or will trade at the parks without questions. All of the pins are shipped backed with the classic rubber Mickey head pin backs. If ever you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can rest assured that we will make it right or refund your payment. Shipping and Handling We strive to reduce costs by keeping S&H as low as possible. Thanks to customer feedback we have lowered our S&H fee. Customers now pay $2.50 for shipping and handling. International customers also pay $2.50 for shipping and handling. Purchase additional pins and receive a shipping discount, THE BUYER MUST PAY IN ONLY ONE TRANSACTION. IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS YOU MUST PAY THE FULL SHIPPING FOR EACH TRANSACTION. For single transaction the buyer is to add $1.25 for each additional pin won. Please try to limit combining multiple auctions to 10 days from first purchase. Payments When you are ready to check out you can ask us to send you an updated invoice to receive your combined S&H discount, update in your invoice is also available to our customers. Invoices will automatically be sent out after 10 days. We accept PayPal payment method as per eBay policies. Please contact us if you would like to pay with check or money order. PayPal is a fast and easy process that enables us to ship your pins often on the same day of payment. |

Do you combine Shipping and Handling for multiple auctions won? Yes, you can combine auctions for up to 10 days from the first item purchased. S&H for each additional pin purchased is only $1.25. Do you offer shipping insurance, delivery conformation, or what if my package arrives damaged? All pins are shipped via USPS. We have very few problems with lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged please contact me to resolve the problem. With sufficiently large or unique orders we will automatically insure and/or track. If you want, you can request shipping insurance or delivery conformation, the appropriate fees will be added to your invoice. Have you shipped my package yet? When we process your order and ship your package, we leave you positive feedback. So; if you've received feedback, your package is on it's way! How long should it take for my package to arrive? US customers often receive pins in 3 business days, you should receive your package in 5-7 business days from receipt of payment. International shipping can take a little longer. Please contact us if your package takes longer. Where do you get the info on set # and how many in set and so on, is there a book or guide out there somewhere? There are two resources we use to research the pins. The first is the official Disney site, www.disneypins.com The second is an independent site PinPics, www.pinpics.com They are both wonderful sources of information. The pin numbers on my pages come from PinPics.
